Founder & CEO
Phil has an actuarial background with extensive experience in the risk management, underwriting, program management, third party administration, cost containment, alternative funding and HR data work flow automation. Phil is a graduate of Penn State University, and resides in Bucks County with his wife Katie and their three children.
